Job Title: Senior Designer – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer who can independently lead interior design projects from concept development through design documentation and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design development for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into strong design concepts.
- Develop detailed layouts, elevations, sections, furniture plans and 3D presentations.
- Lead client presentations and design discussions.
- Conduct site visits, measurements and site assessments.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and design elements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs and specifications for execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Review site execution against approved designs and drawings.
- Resolve design and technical issues during execution.




- Mentor junior designers and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- 5–8+ years of experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio of residential/commercial interior projects.
- Excellent space-planning and design-development skills.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D software.
- Solid understanding of materials, detailing and execution.
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in premium residential interiors, design studios or architect/interior design firms. Pay: ₹11,044.17 - ₹45,388.21 per month
