JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Deployment Engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, integrating, and operationalizing software and AI/ML platforms in production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, networking, cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, and production deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute application and platform deployments across development, staging, and production.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain production software platforms.
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage Kubernetes workloads, services, ingress, configuration, secrets, and storage.
- Create and maintain Helm charts and deployment configurations.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
- Perform production readiness checks before deployments.
- Coordinate with engineering and DevOps teams during releases and production rollouts.
- Configure application dependencies, environment variables, certificates, and integrations.
- Perform upgrades, patches, rollback procedures, and recovery activities.
- Monitor deployments and validate application health after releases.
- Create deployment documentation, runbooks,



and operational procedures.
- Support technical onboarding and deployment activities when required.
- Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Automate repetitive deployment and configuration activities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS

GOOD TO HAVE

- 5 years in deployment, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Argo CD, Flux, or GitOps.
- Solid Linux administration experience.
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on Docker experience.
- Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong Kubernetes experience.
- ELK/OpenSearch or similar logging.
- Hands-on Helm experience.
- Service mesh technologies.
- Production application deployment and troubleshooting.
- AI/ML platform deployments.
- Kubernetes networking, services, ingress, volumes, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
- GPU workloads.
- Bash and/or Python scripting.
- High-availability production environments.
- Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Direct technical customer experience.
- TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and firewall fundamentals.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Strong independent troubleshooting skills.
