About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, SQL and data analytics. The role involves building predictive models, developing analytics dashboards and creating data-driven solutions for operational and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and own metrics frameworks and analytical dashboards for business and operational processes.
- Develop predictive models for forecasting, failure prediction and capacity planning.
- Create automated anomaly detection solutions to identify issues proactively.
- Apply statistical techniques for root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Work with large, multi-source datasets and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Partner with engineering and business teams to improve data collection and reporting.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and senior stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis, production issues and impact assessment.
- Document data sources, metrics, models and analytical methodologies.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics.




- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, time series and Bayesian methods.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
- Strong Python or R skills.
- Experience with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, statsmodels or similar libraries.
- Hands-on experience with AWS data/ML services such as SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue or QuickSight.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Experience building dashboards and metrics frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with predictive modelling and anomaly detection in production/operational environments.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have: Healthcare/diagnostics or lab-domain experience, operational analytics, and real-time/streaming technologies such as Kinesis or Lambda. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
