- 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern data warehousing.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data pipeline development.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks / Apache Spark / PySpark.
- Experience with Apache Airflow or other orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of Kafka / streaming, CDC, incremental loads, and SCD.
- Experience with dbt and modern ELT practices.
- Positive understanding of Git, CI/CD, Terraform, data quality, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support experience.

Good to Have

- Experience with Delta Lake / Apache Iceberg.

- Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Time Travel.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to data governance, lineage, observability, and GenAI/ML data pipelines.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
