Pro Marketer is a Toronto-based performance marketing agency working with DTC supplement, wellness, and apparel brands across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Klaviyo. We're hiring a full-time Senior Creative Director to own creative from client conversation through to final execution.

What you'll do

Join client calls directly to understand their brand, goals, and creative needs Translate what the client wants into clear creative direction Design and produce the work yourself — this is a hands-on creative role, not a pure director seat Coordinate with our internal design team to execute additional work and raise their output quality Review and approve all creative before it reaches the client You have:



5-8+ years in creative direction or senior design, agency-side preferred Strong client-facing communication in English — comfortable leading a call, not just receiving a brief Hands-on proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience directing or mentoring other designers Available and responsive during EST business hours (India evening/night shift overlap) DTC / e-commerce / performance marketing creative background is a strong plus
