Position - Senior Manager Compliance

Location- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct statutory compliance audits related to S&E; Act Pan India, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and other applicable laws and statutory challans and returns for PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (PT), factory Act, shops & establishment Pan India CLRA
- Verify and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements for employees and contractors.
- Review compliance documentation, registers, records, and returns.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting gaps, risks, and non-compliances with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Operations teams & Accounts teams for timely submission of statutory returns.
- Track changes in labor laws and regulations, updating internal compliance checklists accordingly.
- Closure of internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance MIS for management review.
- Filing of all annual returns including POSH returns.
- Ensuring all compliances are adhered,

- Conducting monthly internal Audits
- Supporting team with all compliance related proofs / notifications.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, and Factory Act compliances.
- Ability to prepare audit reports and compliance dashboards.
- Positive communication and coordination skills to liaise with Clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance tools/portals.
- Ability to manage team

Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate in any stream, Law, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory compliance, payroll compliance, or audit.
- Exposure to compliance audit in a corporate/consultancy environment preferred.
- Experience of managing team
- Experience of managing inspections and audits PAN India.
