- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company's presence in the market through current business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential clients, negotiate deals, and close transactions.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field.

- Proven track record of success in client relationship management, lead generation, and deal closure.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
