Role Description The Senior Civil Structural Engineer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, leading the structural design and engineering of advanced parking systems and related infrastructure. This role involves performing detailed civil and structural analysis, preparing design calculations and drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

The engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and project execution teams, to integrate structural solutions into complete parking systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating contractor and vendor designs, supporting site inspections, resolving technical issues during installation,



and optimizing designs for durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Engineer will also contribute to project planning, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and support client presentations and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, with the ability to apply principles to complex parking and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis, including preparation of calculations, drawings, and design documentation.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in office, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support site inspections and installation activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, client interaction, and internal coordination.
- Previous experience in parking infrastructure, industrial structures, or urban infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
