About the Role

Volaron Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Executive to manage the end-to-end travel insurance claims process. You'll be the key coordination point between insurers, travel partners, and customers — ensuring claims are registered, followed up, and resolved within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Process claim registrations by coordinating with the respective insurer
- Follow up with travel partners/agencies to collect required claim documents
- Liaise with insurers to ensure claims are processed within the defined turnaround time




- Handle inbound and outbound claims communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims data in Excel

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry (claims experience is a solid plus)
- Working knowledge of Excel is a must
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call/email volumes and multitasking across cases
