Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, building codes, and quality standards.

- Project Management: Monitor project schedules, control budgets, manage materials, and track milestones.

- Team Leadership: Direct junior engineers, designers, and in office subcontractors.

- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams.

- Documentation & Compliance: Review contractor submittals, prepare progress reports, and enforce health and safety regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is often preferred).

- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on civil construction or project management experience.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, client communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹21,228.83 - ₹53,341.20 per month
