/nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable with cold calling, takes ownership of targets, and wants their career growth to be directly linked to performance./n

/nKey Responsibilities/n

/nGenerate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels./n

/nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities./n

/n

/nConduct project presentations and coordinate site visits./n

/n

/nFollow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales./n

/n

/nMaintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM updates./n

/n

/nTake complete ownership of individual sales targets and revenue numbers./n

/n

/nBuild strong customer relationships and drive successful closures./n

/nCandidate Requirements/n

/nExperience in real estate sales, direct sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred./n

/nStrong communication and negotiation skills./n

/n

/nComfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales./n

/n

/nStrong follow-up and customer-handling abilities./n

/n

/nWillingness to work in a high-pressure, performance-oriented environment./n

/nCompensation / Eligibility/n

/nCurrent CTC: ₹3.5–6 LPA/n

/nMaximum 10% hike on the last drawn CTC at the time of joining./n
