Rovenlabs makes AI-driven ad films and content for consumer brands. Work that used to take a month and a crew, we ship in days and the brands that have figured this out keep coming back.

We are not short of leads. Brands find us. What we're short of is one person who can take that first call and turn it into signed work.

Don't apply if

— you've only ever read out a rate card

— you go quiet the moment a client asks for a discount

— you think AI films are a gimmick, or you think it can do anything — both are wrong, and clients will catch it in the first ten minutes

— you can't hold your own in a room with a founder or a CMO

What the job actually is

Most of our conversations start warm and end in one of two places: signed, or slowly ghosted. You own that gap.

— take inbound calls from founders, CMOs and marketing heads, and find the real business problem sitting behind "we need a video"

— explain how we work — what AI production makes possible, what it costs, how rapid it moves, and where it genuinely can't go yet

— scope the job, price it, write the proposal, defend the number, close it

— build each pitch off our actual work,



not a stock deck

— keep the pipeline honest — know which leads are real and kill the ones that aren't, early

— hand over cleanly to creative and production so nothing gets lost between the sale and the shoot

— stay on the account after signing, because the second project is where the money is

What we're looking for

— 2+ years selling creative, content, media or marketing services

— you've negotiated with the person who actually controls the budget

— comfortable with numbers — pricing, margins, targets, your own forecast

— you can pitch a creative idea as well as the person who wrote it

— excellent written and spoken English

— curious about where AI production is heading; you don't have to make the work, but you should know what changed this month

— a network across brand and marketing teams is a big advantage, not a requirement

What good looks like

— by day 30, you're running inbound calls without us on them

— by day 60, you're pricing and closing without us on them

— by day 90, there's a pipeline I can look at and trust, and clients who ask for you by name.
