Job Title: Brand Services Associate - Shopper Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support client servicing and shopper marketing initiatives. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, activations, and in-store marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and activation teams for campaign execution.
- Assist in planning and executing shopper marketing campaigns, retail activations, and promotional programs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, contact reports, and presentations.
- Support campaign implementation across retail, modern trade, e-commerce, and on-ground channels.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for production and execution requirements and travel in the field for market studies , observations , and for any project management.
- Track budgets, estimates, invoicing, and campaign performance reports.
- Conduct market,



competitor, and shopper research to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Skills

- Strong communication and client management skills with an understanding of brand advertising.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation preparation.
- Understanding of retail, shopper marketing, BTL activations, or brand activations is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Background

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Shopper Marketing, Brand Services, or Retail Marketing.
- Experience in advertising, digital, integrated, BTL, or activation agencies is a must.
- MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
