nWe’re looking for a seasoned Brand Consultant to work closely with the leadership team and provide strategic direction as we scale the Newton School brand.

nKey Focus Areas

n Evaluate the current brand positioning, perception, and health

nShape long-term brand strategy and positioning





n Bring an outside-in perspective on consumer trends and competition

nReview key brand campaigns and communication for consistency and impact

n Mentor the existing brand team and strengthen strategic thinking

nGuide leadership on brand-led partnerships and opportunities

n Participate in monthly strategy reviews and key brand decisions

n

nIdeal Profile

n15 – 20+ years of experience across brand strategy, marketing, or consulting

n Proven experience building and scaling strong consumer-facing brands

nExperience in EdTech, Consumer Tech, D2C, or high-growth startups

n Solid understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and consumer behavior

nExperience working directly with founders/CXOs and influencing senior-level decisions

n Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution

nStrong understanding of digital-first brands and modern consumer acquisition

n* Well-connected within the startup, consumer, media, and brand ecosystem
