About The Role We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale our core Supply Chain Execution engine. In this role, you will build ultra-low latency microservices that handle complex logistics constraints, warehouse management workflows, and real-time shipment tracking routing for enterprise clients across India and global markets.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain resilient, highly scalable distributed backend systems handling millions of daily parcel movements and warehouse inventory transactions.
- Build high-throughput event-driven architectures for real-time inventory updates, order orchestration, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and algorithms teams to translate complex supply chain constraints (weight, volume, vehicle capacity, SLAs) into performant backend services.
- Write clean, testable code, participate in peer code reviews,



and drive engineering best practices across the squad.
- Optimize database performance, query execution plans, and caching layers to ensure high availability during peak traffic seasons (e.g., festive sales).
