We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and execution for our residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage architectural designs for residential projects.
- Prepare and review drawings, plans, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Interior, Structural, and other teams.
- Ensure designs are practical and executed as per approved drawings.
- Review site progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure projects meet quality, design, and timeline requirements.

Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in residential / real estate projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Strong design, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with site teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
