Job Summary

Build A Home is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead residential architectural projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have robust knowledge of residential design, architectural planning, client coordination, and working drawings, along with hands-on experience in relevant design software.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage residential architectural projects from concept development to execution.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, codes, and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site/project teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts effectively.
- Review and approve drawings and ensure design quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.




- Monitor project progress and ensure architectural deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Provide design solutions for site-related challenges and construction requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Turnkey residential projects.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural planning and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- excellent experience on team handling , Client facing, materials, site visits and design review
- Strong knowledge of working drawings and architectural documentation.
- Good client-handling and communication skills.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture B.Arch , M.Arch
- Relevant professional experience in residential architecture is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile preferably in residential projects, villas, or turnkey construction.
