Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and extensive experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance claim follow-up, denial management, payment resolution, appeals, and outstanding AR management. Candidates with specialty billing experience in Anesthesia, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Surgery, or Physician Billing will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end AR follow-up for outstanding US healthcare claims.
- Contact insurance companies through phone calls and payer portals to determine claim status.
- Analyze unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Identify denial reasons and work toward timely claim resolution and payment.
- Handle claim status, eligibility, authorization, medical necessity,



and payment-related issues.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies, denials, and contractual adjustments.
- Prepare and submit appeals and reconsiderations when required.
- Work on aged AR accounts and prioritize high-value and high-priority claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of payer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets consistently.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and coordinate with internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably in AR.
- Strong hands-on experience in AR Calling and Insurance Follow-Up.
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other US payers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of denial management and appeals.
- Ability to independently manage AR accounts and meet targets.
- Willingness to work in a Night Shift.
- Male candidates preferred.
