Title Sr Analyst/AVP - Master & Static Data / Trade Finance Systems - Banking / Financial Services - Chennai - 10 Years
Summary We are looking for an experienced professional with 10 years of experience in trade finance systems, master/static data management, system implementation, or back-office trade operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data maintenance, UAT, process management, stakeholder engagement, and trade system implementation. Exposure to platforms such as CGI Trade T360, Surecomp, Eximbills, or similar trade finance systems will be preferred.

Responsibilities
- Planning and promoting master and static data maintenance activities for new trade system implementations.
- Identifying master and static data services required for new systems and defining end-to-end process flows.
- Preparing system and operational manuals for master and static data maintenance.
- Executing UAT for data maintenance operations and managing identified issues through resolution.
- Liaising with end users, vendors, IT teams, and Head Office on migration and project activities.
- Managing BAU data maintenance activities following system releases.
- Supporting project teams as a Subject Matter Expert for master and static data.
- Monitoring task progress, identifying risks, and supporting issue resolution across stakeholders.
- Providing insights and feedback to support project planning and delivery.
- Preparing regular reports on project progress, challenges, and key deliverables.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in system implementation, project management, trade operations, or back-office banking operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of trade finance systems, master data, and static data management.
- Experience with systems such as CGI Trade T360, Surecomp, Eximbills, or similar platforms.
- Solid experience in UAT, including scenario creation, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Proven ability to conduct process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
