Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / ICWA (CMA) / equivalent

Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Accounts & Finance to manage key finance operations and provide strong support to the GMFinance in financial planning, fund management and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare CMA data, working-capital statements and financial projections.
- Manage funds, cash flow and working capital efficiently.
- Handle banking operations, bank correspondence, credit facilities and documentation.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Supervise day-to-day accounts and financial reporting.
- Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.




- Ensure timely closure of accounts and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Lead and guide the Accounts team.
- Provide effective support to the GM–Finance on financial and strategic assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience in CMA preparation, fund management, banking, budgeting and MIS.
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial statements and working-capital management.
- Robust analytical, communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Candidates with ICWA (CMA) / M.Com / CA Inter qualification will have an added advantage.
