Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports.
- General Ledger & Reconciliations: Manage general ledger operations, post journal entries, and perform timely account reconciliations.
- Month-End Close: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (like GAAP or IFRS) and coordinate with external auditors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior and staff accountants.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and budget variance analysis.




- GST :- Prepare and file monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) accurately. Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers to claim correct Input Tax Credit (ITC). Manage E-way bill generation and compliance. Handle annual GST return filings and support departmental audits
- TDS:- Compute and deduct appropriate TDS on vendor payments, salaries, and rent. File quarterly TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, etc.) via the TRACES portal. Issue Form 16 and Form 16A certificates to employees and vendors on time. Reconcile TDS ledgers with the Form 26AS/AIS statement.
