Position: Senior Accountant

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, reconciliations, online government and business portals, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

· Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and party reconciliations.

· Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Prepare and review GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

· Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and related documentation.

· Work on online portals such as GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC, MCA and other relevant government portals.

· Handle online banking, payment portals, vendor portals, and reconciliation of online transactions.

· Download reports, challans, certificates, statements, and other documents from relevant online portals.

· Ensure timely online statutory payments and filing-related documentation.

· Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.





· Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

· Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy in books of accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.

· Experience working with GST, Income Tax, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC and other online portals.

· Knowledge of online banking and digital payment processes.

· Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling accounting operations and statutory compliance. Experience with government and business online portals will be an added advantage.
