Account Executive – Finance /n /n Company: Bon La Vie /n Location: Indore /n Experience: 2–4 Years /n Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office /n Working Days: Monday to Friday /n Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM /n /n About the Role /n Bon La Vie is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and maintenance of books of accounts.

/n

- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.

/n

- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

/n

- Maintain GST and TDS records, support statutory return filings, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants.

/n

- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports as required.

/n

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation.

/n

- Monitor banking transactions, expenses, employee reimbursements, payment schedules, and cash flow.

/n





- Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records.

/n

- Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and financial controls.

/n /n /n Required Skills & Qualifications /n /n

- 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar finance role.

/n

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

/n

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and India statutory compliance.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

/n

- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

/n

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

- Experience in Retail, D2C, or E-commerce is preferred.

/n

- Familiarity with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

/n

- Basic understanding of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
