About the Role

Pachouli School is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor / Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and converting leads into enrolments for our Aesthetic & Wellness courses.

The candidate will handle leads received through calls, digital enquiries, references, and other sources, understand the candidate’s career interests, explain suitable courses, and guide them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students/leads generated for Pachouli School.
- Understand the candidate’s educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Explain Pachouli School’s Aesthetic & Wellness courses, curriculum, duration, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission process.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career opportunities in the aesthetic and wellness industry.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrolments/admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Address queries and objections related to course fees, duration, career scope, certification, placement opportunities, and course structure.
- Schedule counselling sessions,



campus visits, demos, or meetings wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling status, and admissions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all new and existing leads to maximise conversion.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for documentation, fee payment, batch allocation, and joining formalities.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, counselling, follow-up, and enrolment targets.
- Maintain regular reports on lead status, conversion, pending follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build a strong understanding of the aesthetic, beauty, cosmetology, skincare, wellness, and related industries to effectively counsel prospective students.

- Valuable objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM systems.




- Ability to maintain proper lead records and follow-up reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, academic counselling, admissions counselling, education sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates from the education, vocational training, beauty, cosmetology, wellness, healthcare, or aesthetic industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling prospective student enquiries.
- Should be highly motivated towards conversion and enrolment targets.

- Total course enrolments generated.
- Revenue generated through admissions.

- Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/lead records.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about helping students build careers in the aesthetic and wellness industry.

The ideal candidate should be able to turn an enquiry into a meaningful counselling conversation and ultimately into a successful student enrolment.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
