Role Description The Seller Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Seller Support

Executive will handle incoming and outgoing seller contacts via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries related to orders, listings, payments, and policies. This role includes providing timely and accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding sellers through platform processes to ensure a smooth selling experience. The individual will document interactions, escalate complex cases when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.





The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting process improvements to enhance overall support quality.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Contact, Customer Support, and Customer Service experience.
- Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with explicit, professional interaction across phone, email, and chat.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to understand seller issues, interpret data, and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to handle high-volume queries, manage time efficiently, and work accurately under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace operations is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).
- Proven track record in a customer-facing or support role; BPO or contact center experience is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
