We are hiring Customer Support / Seller Support Executives for an urgent and high-priority Walmart Seller Support process in Pune.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting Walmart sellers with their queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer/seller experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller/customer queries through the assigned support channel.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to seller-related issues.
- Understand seller concerns and identify the appropriate resolution.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Document customer/seller interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Work effectively in a rotational shift environment.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, Customer Support, International Voice Process, Seller Support, E-commerce Support, or Customer Service will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered, subject to process requirements.
