Medhini Agritech Private Limited, a seed company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is looking for an experienced and field-oriented Seed Production Executive for Karimnagar, Telangana.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Paddy and Maize seed production activities, including farmer coordination, crop monitoring, field inspections, production planning, data management, and ensuring quality standards throughout the seed production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Paddy and Maize seed production programmes.
- Identify, register, and coordinate with seed production farmers.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor crop growth and production activities.
- Manage field inspections, rouging, harvesting, and related operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, farmer data, and field reports.
- Monitor seed production quality and ensure compliance with prescribed standards.
- Coordinate with farmers and internal teams for timely completion of production activities.
- Prepare regular MIS,



Excel reports, and production updates.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in seed production/agriculture field operations, preferably in Paddy and/or Maize.
- Good understanding of seed production practices and field-level crop management.
- Solid farmer coordination and communication skills.
- Telugu/local language proficiency is required, along with Hindi or English.
- Good computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel, data management, MIS, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler/bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Location: Karimnagar, Telangana Experience: 2–3 years minimum

Crop: Paddy & Maize

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
