Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor overall security and surveillance of the facility
- Conduct loss-prevention screening and ensure adherence to security protocols
- Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and materials
- Ensure strict access control for restricted and high-value areas
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security checks/inspections
- Support prevention and investigation of theft, loss, and security breaches
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and visitor records
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when required
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ex-Army personnel preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience, ideally in jewellery manufacturing or another high-value inventory environment
- Robust knowledge of surveillance and loss-prevention practices
- Physically fit, highly disciplined, and vigilant
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
