Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the security and safety of the construction site, materials, equipment, and premises.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, workers, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain proper visitor and vehicle entry records.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Patrol the site regularly, especially during non-working hours.
- Ensure construction materials are not removed without proper authorization.
- Follow site security rules and instructions given by management.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer / Admin / HR for any security-related issues.
- Report incidents, theft, damage, or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of security/site experience preferred.




- Good observation and communication skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Experience in construction or real estate sites will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Day & Night shifts / as per site requirements.
