About the Role We're looking for an internet-savvy Scriptwriter with a strong track record of writing bulk influencer content that consistently drives high views on reels in a short span of time. You'll turn trends, creator-economy insights, and ideas into sharp, engaging scripts for digital content — while leading a team of junior scriptwriters. Responsibilities Lead a team of junior influencer scriptwriters, guiding and reviewing their work Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form digital content Research trends, pop culture, internet conversations, and relevant topics Develop content concepts and storylines aligned with brand objectives Collaborate with creators, editors,



and the creative team to bring ideas to life Adapt tone and messaging across different content formats and audiences Ensure scripts are delivered on time without compromising quality

Requirements 5-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or a similar role Robust command of written Hindi and English Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable, engaging content Strong research, storytelling, and creative thinking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure content environment Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
