We are looking for an experienced and scientifically driven Scientific Affairs Manager to strengthen our scientific communication, healthcare-professional engagement and evidence-based product positioning.

Job Summary The Scientific Affairs Manager will be responsible for building and communicating the scientific foundation of Clean Health Formula’s products.

The role will involve working closely with R&D;, regulatory, marketing, sales and healthcare professionals to ensure that all product communication is scientifically accurate, evidence-based and compliant.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand scientific literature and clinical research and translate complex scientific information into clear, practical communication for doctors, clinical nutritionists, dietitians, medical representatives and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific & Product Affairs

Develop and maintain scientific dossiers for Clean Health Formula products.

Conduct literature reviews and evaluate clinical studies related to ingredients and formulations.

Assess the quality and relevance of scientific evidence supporting product claims.

Develop scientific product presentations, technical documents and product training materials.

Translate complex scientific information into transparent and clinically relevant communication.

Stay updated with emerging research in nutraceuticals, gut health, metabolic health, women’s health, micronutrients and functional nutrition.

Healthcare Professional Engagement

Support scientific discussions with doctors, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists,



gynecologists, clinical nutritionists and dietitians.

Conduct scientific product training for the sales and medical representative teams.

Develop CME/scientific education content and support professional education initiatives.

Participate in medical conferences, scientific meetings and professional events.

Regulatory & Claims

Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure scientific claims are appropriately substantiated.

Review product labels, brochures, websites, presentations and marketing materials from a scientific perspective.

Maintain awareness of relevant FSSAI regulations and Indian nutraceutical/health supplement requirements.

Ensure marketing communication remains evidence-based and avoids scientifically unsupported claims.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D;/formulation teams during product development and product improvement.

Work with marketing and content teams to develop scientifically accurate communication.

Support the sales team with scientific responses to healthcare-professional queries.

Assist in developing FAQs, technical guides and scientific communication resources.

Track emerging ingredients, technologies, clinical evidence and market developments in nutraceuticals.

Educational Qualification

Preferred

M.Pharm / MSc Nutrition / MSc Food Science / MSc Life Sciences or equivalent.

Additional qualifications or certifications in Nutraceuticals, Clinical Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs or Evidence-Based Medicine will be an advantage.

PhD is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Required Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, medical nutrition, functional foods, healthcare or a related industry.





Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Scientific Affairs, Medical Affairs, Scientific Communication, R&D; or a similar role.

Experience working with healthcare professionals is preferred.

Experience in developing scientific dossiers, literature reviews, product training materials and technical communication is highly desirable.

Experience with nutraceutical ingredients and evidence-based product claims will be a strong advantage.
