About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be a solid academician with excellent leadership and communication skills, while also possessing a results-driven approach to admissions and school growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership in implementing and enhancing the CBSE curriculum.
- Drive student admissions by engaging with parents, presenting the school’s vision effectively, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.
- Oversee teaching and learning practices to maintain high academic standards and student outcomes.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate faculty to build a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing academic team.
- Foster a child-centric, inquiry-based learning culture aligned with international best practices.
- Establish strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the community to strengthen the school’s reputation.




- Ensure compliance with educational policies, health and safety standards, and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives in extracurricular programs, innovation in teaching-learning, and holistic student development.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Education/School Leadership or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in school leadership with direct exposure to CBSE curriculum.
- Proven track record of admission growth and parent engagement.
- Strong academic orientation with ability to balance rigor and creativity in pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Inspirational leadership style with ability to mentor teachers and build high-performance teams.
