Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant with 9+ years of SAP SD experience and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations. The candidate must have completed at least 3 full E2E SAP implementations, including minimum 1 implementation in the construction industry.

The role requires robust expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) along with working knowledge of transportation planning/execution, shipments, and integration with logistics and billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP SD business workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

- Configure and support
- Customer Master / Business Partner
- Pricing & Condition Techniques

- Contracts

- Sales Orders
- Deliveries & Shipping

- Billing

- Credit Management

- Output Management

- Returns
- Work on transportation planning/execution, shipments,



and integration with logistics and billing processes.
- Support interfaces and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Drive testing, defect resolution, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Lead functional teams and coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Construction Industry / Project Billing Experience with construction or project-based processes is highly preferred, including:

- Project-based billing
- Milestone / Progress billing
- Down payments
- Retention
- Variation Orders
- Intercompany processes

Required Experience

- 9+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations.
- At least 1 E2E implementation in the Construction industry – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD/O2C.
- Good understanding of transportation, shipments, logistics and billing integration.
- Strong experience in workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
