We are looking for an experienced SAP RDP (Responsible Design and Production) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP RDP solutions. The consultant will play a key role in helping the organization manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, plastic tax calculations, and product & packaging data governance across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) solutions to support EPR and plastic tax compliance requirements
- Manage and maintain product and packaging master data within SAP RDP
- Work with business teams to gather and translate compliance and sustainability requirements into system configurations
- Support integration of SAP RDP with SAP ERP/S4HANA and other third-party systems for accurate data consolidation
- Consolidate complex product and packaging structures in a single hub and support country-specific analytics and reporting
- Assist in generation of EPR reports and country-specific declarations for submission to producer responsibility organizations (PROs)
- Support testing (functional, integration, regression) to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and enablement support for SAP RDP processes




- Monitor regulatory updates and support change management related to evolving EPR schemes and plastic tax regulations
- Provide post-go-live/hypercare support, including issue resolution and enhancement handling

Mandatory Skills
- 4 years of relevant SAP RDP experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Responsible Design & Production
- Experience with Product & Packaging Data Management
- Understanding of EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) regulations and plastic tax frameworks
- Familiarity with SAP ERP/S4HANA master data structures relevant to RDP
- Experience in report design, country-specific templates, and audit trail processes

Good to Have
- Exposure to global procurement/sustainability compliance programs
- Experience with SAP RDP integrations with third-party or legacy systems
- Knowledge of test management and quality assurance practices for SAP implementations
- Experience in role-based training and user enablement for SAP solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- Relevant SAP certifications (RDP or related modules) preferred
