Key Skills Required :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP PP/MM.
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP MRP and Material Requirements Planning.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP MRP implementation projects.
- SAP PP and SAP MM configuration and integration.
- Production Planning and Capacity Planning.
- Demand Planning and Procurement Planning.
- Inventory Optimization and Safety Stock Planning.
- Multi-plant deployment and rollout experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP MRP implementation across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Assess existing planning, procurement, and inventory management processes.
- Design and configure SAP MRP processes and planning parameters.
- Configure and optimize planning master data, including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.




- Conduct demand-to-production planning workshops with business stakeholders.
- Execute MRP simulations and optimize planning parameters.
- Support integration with SAP PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM, and Finance.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and plant-wise go-live support.
- Develop SOPs and establish a planning governance framework.
- Drive adoption, stabilization, and post-go-live hypercare support.

- MRP Blueprint and Design Document.
- Material Segmentation Strategy (RM, PM, SFG, FG).
- MRP Configuration - Testing Documents.
- Demand-to-Production Planning Process Design.
- Inventory Reduction - Service Level Improvement Recommendations.

- Go-Live and Hypercare Support.
