Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Hybris Technical Manager to lead the design, development,

implementation, and support of enterprise-scale SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, team leadership, client engagement, solution delivery, and production support.

The candidate will manage development teams, drive technical excellence, ensure successful project delivery,

and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement scalable e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud implementation and support projects.
- Define solution architecture, technical design, and integration strategy.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams on SAP Commerce best practices.
- Review code, design documents, and technical deliverables.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security improvements.

Project & Delivery Management
- Manage multiple SAP Commerce Cloud projects simultaneously.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Participate in effort estimation, resource planning, and project scheduling.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor developers, technical leads, and support teams.
- Conduct technical reviews, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.




- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery tracking.

Production Support & Operations
- Manage critical production incidents and root cause analysis.
- Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance.
- Lead release management and deployment activities.
- Establish monitoring and support processes.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in customer discussions and solution workshops.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Present technical solutions to clients and leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Solid experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment models.
