About the role

Career Cracker Academy (careercracker.com) is a Mumbai-based IT training institute with a pay-after-placement model. We are looking for a working SAP FICO skilled to train one online batch of freshers and career switchers and make them interview-ready and job-ready. Part-time, fully remote, evening hours.

What you will do

- Teach live online classes Mon to Fri, 8:30 to 9:30 PM IST, for one full batch (45 to 60 days)
- Cover SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, basics of Product Costing) with hands-on practicals on the SAP system
- Teach FI-MM and FI-SD integration and real project scenarios from implementation and support work
- Focus on practical, job-ready skills: configuration, end-user processes, ticket and issue handling, month-end and year-end activities
- Run interview-question sessions covering the SAP FICO questions candidates actually get asked




- Conduct individual mock interviews for every student and give clear feedback on what to improve
- Share notes and assignments and track student progress through the batch

What we are looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience (implementation or support); S/4HANA Finance exposure preferred
- Able to explain concepts simply to non-IT graduates and freshers
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred
- Reliable internet and availability for the Mon to Fri evening slot

Pay Rs 40,000 per batch (45 to 60 days), covering classes, practicals, interview-question sessions and individual mock interviews.

Selection process
