Greetings from TCS!! /n We are looking for SAP FICO-JVA Lead /n Exp: 7+ years /n Location: Pan India /n Must Have: SAP FICO, Joint Venture Accounting, FI modules, SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred /n /n

- Implement and support SAP FICO and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) solutions.

/n

- Configure and maintain FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

/n

- Configure and support SAP JVA processes including equity groups, venture master data, partner settlements, cash calls, and cutback processing.

/n

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.

/n

- Work closely with business stakeholders to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and period-end closing activities.

/n

- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

/n

- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP FICO-JVA issues.

/n

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and data migration activities.

/n

- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects where applicable.





/n /n Required Skills /n /n

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

/n

- Experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).

/n

- Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting processes.

/n

- Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.

/n

- Strong understanding of partner settlements, venture accounting, and revenue distribution processes.

/n

- Experience in integration with MM, SD, PM, PS, and Treasury modules.

/n

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

/n

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

/n /n Preferred Skills /n /n

- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or similar industries.

/n

- SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.

/n

- Experience with SAP Group Reporting and Central Finance.

/n

- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred.

/n /n Educational Qualification /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

/n

- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
