Job Title: SAP FICO Lead Consultant Funds Management (FM)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong Funds Management (FM) knowledge to lead functional activities across implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 9+ years of SAP FICO experience with 3+ full end-to-end implementations.
- Must have at least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation in the Construction industry.
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting and Product/Project Costing.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Funds Management (FM) including budget structures, Availability Control, commitments, actuals, derivation strategies and reporting.
- Strong integration experience across FICO/FM with MM, SD, PS, PM, Payroll/Banking, Procurement and Project Accounting.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, configuration,



functional specifications, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare.
- Construction project accounting experience is highly desirable, including WBS, commitments, capitalization, retention, advances, subcontractor accounting and project cash-flow controls.
- Should have solid stakeholder management, problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to independently lead functional discussions and provide end-to-end SAP FICO/FM solutions.
