The role focuses on validating and supporting Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes in SAP Concur, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and compliance with enterprise controls in an offshore delivery model. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Support SAP Concur business process validation activities as part of SAP S/4 BPV programs

/n

- Validate end‑to‑end Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes including expense reporting, approvals, reimbursements, and postings

/n

- Support and validate SAP Concur–SAP S/4HANA FICO integration,



including FI postings and reconciliation

/n

- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution for Concur‑related scenarios

/n

- Validate expense types, approval workflows, audit rules, and policy configurations

/n

- Collaborate with SAP FICO, integration, and technical teams to resolve defects and integration issues

/n

- Ensure compliance with project governance, audit requirements, and internal controls

/n

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and validation evidence

/n

- Support cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
