SAP Data Migration Consultant (SAP BODS) | HCLTech | Lucknow /n Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India /n Experience: 9+ Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n About the Role /n HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BODS, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, AutoSys, SQL Server, and CMC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP data migration projects, working with both SAP and non-SAP legacy systems to support successful S/4HANA transformations. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and execute data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

/n

- Perform data migration from SAP and non-SAP legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA on-premise environments.

/n

- Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.

/n

- Prepare data mapping documents, migration technical specifications, and reconciliation reports.

/n

- Build and maintain ETL processes, workflows, and data transformation logic.

/n

- Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure data quality and migration success.

/n

- Understand end-to-end business processes and data dependencies across master and transactional data objects.

- 9+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects.

- Strong experience with:

- SAP Data Services (BODS)

- SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit

- SQL Server

- CMC (Central Management Console)

- Experience in at least 4 SAP Data Migration projects involving SAP Data Services (BODS) and Migration Cockpit.

- Hands-on experience in minimum 2 full-cycle SAP migration implementations.

/n

- Strong knowledge of ETL design, development, and deployment.

/n

- Expertise in migration tools including:

- LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)

/n

- LTMOM (Migration Object Modeler)

/n

- Hands-on experience with BODS Designer components:

- Projects

- Experience working across SAP business process areas such as:

- Excellent functional analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with data quality, governance, and reconciliation frameworks.
