In this role, you'll blend robust technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment. /n Key Responsibilities /n SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization /n /n

- Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

/n

- Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.

/n /n Techno-Functional Leadership /n /n

- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

/n

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.

/n /n Process Improvement & Automation /n /n

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.

/n

- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

/n /n System Integrations /n /n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).

/n

- Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.

/n /n Ownership & Mentorship /n /n

- Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.

/n





- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

/n /n Troubleshooting & Support /n /n

- Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.

/n

- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

/n /n Required Skills & Qualifications /n Educational Background /n /n

- BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

/n

- Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.

/n

- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

/n /n Technical Proficiency /n /n

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).

/n

- Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.

/n

- Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
