We're looking for a proactive Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our premium salon.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally.
- Monitor appointments, walk-ins, and team schedules.
- Track sales, productivity, and daily reports.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and brand standards.
- Support staff training and performance improvement.
- Coordinate inventory and stock management.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication in English, hindi, Malayalam.
- Sales-focused with the ability to achieve business targets.




- Experience with salon software (Zenoti or similar) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Exposure in taking videos will be an added advantage
