About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Revenue Management and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role requires a professional with 9 to 12 years of enterprise-level experience in Salesforce solutions, particularly in Revenue Cloud and related modules. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end revenue management solutions that align with client business objectives.

You will serve as a technical leader, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to ensure successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects. Your ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs will be critical in driving value for our clients and establishing long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in Salesforce enterprise solutions, with extensive experience in Revenue Cloud and ARM modules.

Certifications such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred. A deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and revenue recognition processes is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience managing full lifecycle Salesforce implementations are critical. A professional demeanor, client-first attitude, and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, your responsibilities will include:

- Architecture &
- Solution Design: Lead the development of comprehensive Salesforce system architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise roadmaps. Design technical blueprints for Revenue Cloud and ARM implementations that support business growth and process efficiencies.
- ARM &
- Revenue Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the technical aspects of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including product catalog management, complex pricing models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based), order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition strategies.
- Stakeholder &
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs, articulate platform capabilities, and conduct gap analyses. Use design thinking methodologies to map customer journeys and develop service blueprints that enhance user experiences.
- Technical Ownership &
- Documentation: Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Create detailed technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and architectural diagrams to ensure clarity and maintainability.




- Integrations &
- Data Strategy: Develop strategies for master data management, data migration, and enterprise application integration.

Connect

Salesforce ARM with ERP systems, middleware solutions, and other upstream/downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow.

- Hands-on Technical Guidance: Provide technical mentorship to development teams, guiding platform customization, scripting (AMPScript, SSJS), SQL queries, data extensions, triggers, automations, and complex business logic implementations.
- Team Leadership &

- Delivery: Lead project teams, manage resource allocation, establish delivery timelines, perform effort estimations, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and problem-solving environment.
