- Solid Salesforce QA experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, flows, reports and configurations.
- Experience with API and integration testing.
- Knowledge of Postman and SQL/data validation.
- Strong experience in test case preparation and defect management.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge or exposure to Agentforce and AI-based Salesforce capabilities is preferred.
Good to Have:
- Salesforce Loyalty Management certification.
Marketing Personalization QAs:
- Strong Salesforce QA experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Good understanding of segments, campaigns, personalization rules, recommendations, and customer data/events.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression and API testing.
- Knowledge of Postman and SQL/data validation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce integrations and data flows.
- Knowledge or exposure to Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven customer experiences.
