Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Automotive Cloud QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and hands-on exposure to Automotive Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end customer, vehicle, dealer, and service lifecycle workflows, ensuring that complex business processes, integrations, automation, and vehicle telematics data function accurately and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

- Test core Salesforce Automotive Cloud standard objects, including:
- Vehicle
- Fleet
- Asset Telemetry
- Sales Agreement
- Household
- Driver Profiles
- Validate data relationships, record access, security configurations, and data integrity.
- Perform functional and UI/UX testing across the Automotive Service Console and Vehicle Console.
- Validate service appointments, warranty claims, vehicle history, and related advisor workflows.
- Test dealer operations, lead routing, vehicle allocation, and trade-in valuation workflows.
- Perform testing across Automotive Cloud and Experience Cloud portals.
- Validate complex business rules, decision matrices, and automated workflows using:
- Salesforce Flow Builder
- OmniStudio
- Business Rules Engine (BRE)
- Perform API and integration testing using tools such as Postman.
- Validate REST/SOAP integrations and asynchronous data exchange between Salesforce Automotive Cloud and external systems.
- Write and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.




- Perform regression, functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Use SOQL/SQL queries to validate record states, data transformations, and data integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the complete bug lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure quality delivery.
- Manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of overall Salesforce QA/testing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Automotive Cloud testing experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and standard Salesforce functionality.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including:
- OWDs
- Sharing Rules
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Record Types
- Strong experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Builder and OmniStudio.
- Proficiency in SOQL/SQL for data validation and testing.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing.
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Robust understanding of integration testing and asynchronous data processing.
- Experience creating reusable test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
