Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Engineer Experience: 3 - 12 Years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agent-based solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME), working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven agent solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the SME for Agentforce-based implementations.

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
- Review agent configurations and Salesforce code to ensure best practices and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve agent behavior, performance,



and integration issues.
- Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and technical planning activities.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies and project deliverables.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure deployed solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Agentforce ,Agentforce Vibes - Solid Salesforce development expertise, including:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP Integrations - Understanding of conversational AI and agent-based workflows.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
