Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of around 10 sales executives . Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement. Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and team productivity.
Guide team members on customer handling, sales conversion, and follow-ups. Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management. Handle team-related issues and ensure a positive, target-oriented work workplace. Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
