Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in India.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, and promote Stark-Tek’s portfolio of cutting, welding, and fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating sales agreements aligned with company policies. The role involves coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation, training, and after-sales support, as well as tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and reporting market insights.

The Sales

Specialist will also participate in trade shows, customer visits, and periodic training to stay current on product features and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and address their needs effectively.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training customers or internal teams on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or metal fabrication sectors is highly beneficial.




- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical and consultative selling.
- Ability to work independently, travel within assigned territories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in industrial or B2B environments is an advantage.
