Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Designer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable interior design solutions, and converting qualified leads into successful projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and consultations to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project needs.
- Present suitable interior design concepts, layouts, materials, and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop solutions according to client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain solid client relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Handle client negotiations and address queries professionally.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the initial design and sales process.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
- Attend client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Work on weekends when required based on client schedules.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3years of experience in interior design, sales, real estate, architecture, or a client-facing role preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills may also apply.
- Good understanding of interior design, materials, space planning, and design processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable design solutions.
- Strong sales and lead-conversion skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software will be an added advantage.
